Order Cancellations

Paddlestand and PaddleuP riser products are custom made, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, production begins and your order is considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are only allowed if the following applies:

• Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds will only be issued upon inspection of returned material.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If a refund is approved, any return shipping charges may be deducted from your total refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@paddlestand.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Release of liability

Paddlestand and its subsidiaries will not be held responsible for any damages caused to your lighting product while attached or affixed to a paddlestand product. Customers are responsible for proper care and placement to protect their own lighting products. Paddlestand and its subsidiaries will not accept any claims for damages to your own products as a result of, bumping, tipping and falling of lighting.
